I can't even say how much I loved this chapter wow.
And like Usuta said in his comments, Jaguar was a little hard to get in the ending but after discussing it with my translators and rewriting it a little it's pretty clear to me now. Explaining wouldn't be fun so try figuring it out yourself! Haha

The gist of the joke that I understood was that Jaguar is being a dick as usual and using the excuse of thinking Hammer is an imposter to say Hammer sucks, then putting his "face" of friendship on it. I wonder if there's another joke above/below that?

Actually he really thought Hammer was some burglar, he only realized it after Piyohiko came home! It's really hard to remember the face of a lowlife like Hammer after all right?
But he probably would have acted the same if he knew...
Ohh I get it then. He was just struggling to cover up at the end but he said such mean things about Hammer lol.

Lol, I got as far as that too, that possibly Jaguar was just being a dick again. The hint that he was being serious is pretty subtle then, only when he "dot dot dots" and reassures himself of the fact that it was Hammer
